Alpharetta GA is home to many Fortune 100 and 500 companies. From the likes of AT&T, HP, ADP McKesson, Siemens, Verizon, and many more. The Alpharetta High-Tech corridor spans from Mansell Rd to Windward Pkwy and is lined with high speed fiber optics cables throughout the city. I do attend several Meetup's in Atlanta and find it difficult to attend these events after hours. I have this burning desire to not only participate in a startups, but to have Alpharetta eventually competing with Silicon Valley. I am sure there are many others who would gamble their free time to be part of something more exciting and possibly more rewarding. Our meeting will basically look at ideas, resources and funding to produce winners. I have more than enough ideas to get this started and will be happy to bring others on board to make this venture a success.
