Senate Bill 464
The Georgia bill was proposed by state Senators Joshua McKoon and Michael Williams. The gist of the bill is that it will allow the commissioner of the Georgia Department of Revenue the ability to accept Bitcoin and other virtual currencies from citizens paying their license fees and tax bills.
